What changed after the findings memo
These notes describe specific packs, constraints, and outcomes. They are not star ratings.
Our bank asked for a restated cash forecast after an earlier submission. LedgerScope’s clarification review forced us to admit the original forecast had double-counted a tax refund. The second answer was shorter and, frankly, more embarrassing — but the credit committee stopped asking circular questions.
I liked the dual-read approach. One reviewer challenged our grant narrative while the other tore into the budget table. Turnaround took a day longer than we hoped, which squeezed our internal freeze date, yet the ministry file cleared without a second round of questions.
We only bought a spot check on collateral and related-party notes. They found a forklift listed twice under different asset IDs. That single catch paid for the fee; the rest of the pack we handled ourselves.
As an external advisor I use their retainer during spring loan season. Notes arrive in a format my clients understand. Occasional weeks run hot and we burn the overage rate faster than planned, so we now freeze uploads after the twentieth of each month.

Yilan cooperative — ministry grant pack under a fixed filing window
A manufacturing cooperative prepared a multi-year equipment grant with matching local funds. The narrative claimed twenty-four months of operating runway; the cash schedule showed sixteen once matching-fund timing was modeled monthly instead of annually.
LedgerScope’s full dossier audit produced a twelve-item findings memo. The cooperative deferred two purchase milestones, rewrote the runway paragraph, and submitted on the original deadline. The grant office requested one minor invoice clarification weeks later — unrelated to cash timing.

Trade-credit application after a soft decline
A specialty food importer received a soft decline citing “insufficient visibility on related-party inventory financing.” Their advisor brought us the original pack and the decline note. The clarification-style review (even though no formal letter existed yet) reframed inventory collateral and separated owner advances from trade payables.
The importer resubmitted to a second lender with the revised exhibits. Approval followed with a lower facility than requested — a constraint the findings memo had already flagged as likely.
