LedgerScope Application Audit grew from years spent repairing loan and grant packs that looked polished until an underwriter compared page 4 to page 27.
Origin
Our founders spent earlier careers inside regional lending support and ministry grant administration in Taiwan. The recurring failure mode was not missing ambition — it was mismatched figures: a cover letter promising twelve months of runway while the cash forecast showed eight, or a collateral schedule describing equipment already pledged elsewhere.
LedgerScope was formed in Yilan to offer applicants and their advisors an independent read before those contradictions become official questions. We keep the practice intentionally small so the same reviewers finish the packs they start.

How we relate to clients
Most clients are owner-led companies, cooperatives, and boutique advisors. We are not a substitute for your bookkeeper or your attorney. We sit beside the application pack for a defined window, return findings, and step back so your team can revise and submit.
Where we work
Desk review covers applicants across Taiwan. In-person working sessions are available at our Yilan address when binders need side-by-side comparison. Travel outside Yilan is arranged only for retainer clients or multi-day pack rebuilds.
