Fees

How we price a dossier review

Fees reflect pack length, entity count, and calendar pressure — not a subscription seat. Exact quotes follow a short intake.

Engagement Starting point What moves the fee
Full dossier audit From NT$48,000 per pack Page count over 80, multiple entities, bilingual exhibits, comparison to prior-year packs
Pre-submission spot check From NT$18,000 Number of nominated schedules; same-week turnaround
Clarification response review From NT$22,000 per letter Question count; need for revised multi-sheet exhibits
Advisor co-review retainer From NT$36,000 per month Reserved hours; overage at NT$3,200 per hour

Estimate factors we always ask

  • Lender or grant program name
  • Approximate page count and language mix
  • Hard submission or clarification deadline
  • Whether forecasts must be rebuilt or only checked

Deposits and billing

Full dossier audits require a 40% deposit to reserve the review window. Spot checks and clarification reviews are invoiced 50% on start and 50% on delivery of the written note. Retainers invoice monthly in advance.

Prices on this page are informational. They are not a checkout cart and do not include tax treatment advice.

Questions applicants usually raise

Can you quote without seeing the pack?

We can share a band from your page-count estimate, then firm the fee after a material gate review of the draft. If the pack is thinner than described, the fee is adjusted down before work begins.

Do you charge for the intake call?

The first scoping conversation of up to thirty minutes is complimentary. Extended walkthroughs of incomplete packs are billed at the hourly add-on rate.

What if we cancel after the deposit?

Refund rules depend on whether desk review has started. See the Refunds page for deposits, no-shows, and work already underway.
