Privacy notice for applicants and visitors
This notice explains how we handle personal data when you browse the site, send an inquiry, or engage us to review an application dossier.
Data controller

Data we collect
- Inquiry forms: name, email, engagement interest, optional dates, and message content
- Newsletter sign-ups: email address
- Engagement files: personal data contained inside application packs you voluntarily provide (for example signatories, guarantors, or employee names appearing in exhibits)
- Technical logs: limited server or hosting logs such as IP address and browser type, depending on the host configuration
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, perform contracted dossier reviews, issue invoices, improve site clarity (when analytics cookies are accepted), and meet legal record-keeping duties in Taiwan.
Legal bases
We process inquiry and engagement data because you request steps prior to a contract or because a contract is in place. We process essential cookie data as required to operate the site. Optional analytics cookies run only with consent. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing.
Retention
Inquiry emails and form records are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement working files are retained for seven years or as stated in the engagement letter, then securely deleted or returned. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Subject to Taiwan personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.
International transfers
Our primary operations and storage preferences are in Taiwan. If a hosting or email provider processes data outside Taiwan, we select providers that offer appropriate contractual safeguards and we limit transferred fields to what the service requires.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with processors who host email, files, or the website under confidentiality obligations, and with professional advisors or authorities when legally required.
Children
The site and services are directed to business applicants and advisors, not to children.
