Review map

The path a file takes across our desk

Tied to our audit engagements: every full file review follows these stages so you know when documents freeze, when findings arrive, and when the clarification call happens.

Desk workspace with documents arranged in review order
  1. 1. Inquiry & scoping

You describe the facility, page count, and filing date. We confirm which engagement fits — full audit, completeness check, cash-flow reconciliation, or committee briefing — and send a fee note.

  2. 2. Intake folder

Draft narrative, lender checklist, native workbooks, and an owner list for annexes. We acknowledge receipt and set the freeze date for the version we will mark.

  3. 3. Structured reading

Narrative and numbers are read together. Critical gaps are listed first; optional strengthening notes stay in a separate band so rehearsal time is not wasted.

  4. 4. Findings delivery

You receive the memo or annotated schedules. For full audits, a clarification call is included to walk the highest-priority items.

  5. 5. Your revision window

You correct the file on your side. We do not re-audit automatically; a short re-check of critical items can be scoped if the filing date allows.
